EDUCATION |
“Education
is the progressive discovery of our own ignorance.”
Will Durant (1885 – 1981)
Movement: "A meaningful
or expressive change in position."
Therapy: "The treatment of disease
or disorders, as by some remedial, rehabilitating, or curative
process."
Movement3 Therapy:
“The treatment of disease or disorders with meaningful,
curative movement.”
The Movement3 Therapy series was born out of
the realisation that true health and well-being can only be
achieved through addressing and treating a combination of
skeletal, muscular and digestive dysfunction.
Each workshop in this series is designed to
be progressive, but also give the practitioner ‘stand
alone’ techniques that can be used immediately to improve
their client’s health, well-being and performance.
The Movement3 Therapy series was designed for
therapists and conditioning specialists alike and will give
the attendee 12 CPD points for each 2 day workshop. Minimum
entry is Level 3.

Each workshop will comprise of:
 |
SKELETAL & MUSCULAR
ASSESSMENTS |
Postural and movement assessments
can become unnecessarily long and drawn out as the therapist
attempts to assess almost every muscle in the body.
For this reason we have compiled a series of assessments
that be carried out quickly and effectively to link muscle
weakness and organ dysfunction with skeletal misalignment
and give the therapist all of the information needed to
treat and condition the client successfully.
|
|
 |
SKELETAL RE-ORGANISATION |
 |
The first part of the Movement3 Therapy
process is to re-organise the skeletal system in order
to free up the neural and circulatory channels to the
muscles and organs. Only once we have corrected skeletal
alignment can we effectively condition the muscles to
control its segments or have a chance of balancing the
body’s natural chemical status. |
 |
MOVEMENT SEQUENCING
& FLEXIBILITY |
The second part of the M3 process is to re-educate the muscles
to control the various segments of the body. This is done dynamically
in all 3 directions (forwards / backwards / sideways / rotation)
whilst the therapist ‘speeds’ up or ‘slows’
down inter-acting segments. This re-sequencing increases the
mobility at each movement keystone (foot, ankle, knee, hip,
spine and shoulder) which in turn stretches and subsequently
activates the surrounding muscles.
 |
MOVEMENT CONDITIONING
|
|
Now that we have increased the range of
motion and stability available at each movement link we
can utilise end-range, multi-directional movement-based
exercises more effectively to promote enhanced control,
function and performance. |

TESTIMONIALS |
"In my role as Director of Product
Development for Premier Training International I have presented
workshops/lectures with Jason Anderson on a national and international
stage. Jason is always a pleasure to work with, his level
of knowledge and practical application of that knowledge is
as good as anybody I have seen present within the fitness
industry over the last 12 years. Jason is an extremely motivational
speaker whose belief in the principles he puts forward is
unshakable and mirrored in his training and lifestyle choices.
I would recommend Jason as a presenter to any organization
or individual who wants an immaculately planned, inspirational
presentation full of highly relevant and practically useable
information."

“Jason has worked with Nuffield Proactive
Health for a number of years delivering advanced personal
training workshops to our Fitness and Lifestyle Advisors.
Without exception, the feedback from trainers who have either
a few months or many years experience is always very positive.
Jason has the rare combination of being able to communicate
his vast knowledge simply and motivationally to ensure that
learners come out feeling inspired with an ability of how
to put theory into practice. Our Fitness & Lifestyle Advisors
keep asking for him back!!
