JASON
ANDERSON - Director |
Jason
has dedicated his life to the Health and Fitness industry
and has over 25 years of UK and International experience.
He started his career as a natural bodybuilder eventually
competing at National level. From this foundation, based
on the strict manipulation of food and exercise, he
realised the limitations and shortcomings of conventional
approaches to conditioning and weight loss. |

Before moving to London, Jason worked for the
UK's leading fitness educational company, Premier Training
as Course Director and was the inspiration behind their Personal
Training Solutions department & the design of their revolutionary
WEB & Flexibility training systems.
During his time, he has worked alongside osteopaths, chiropractors,
physiotherapists and many other soft tissue therapists, from
all over the world, helping to develop his own unique training
style.
Jason acts as a spokesperson and consultant
to the Fitness Industry and holds workshops for various training
organisations and club chains around the world. In addition
to this he is a fitness model, Exercise Expert and regular
contributor for Men’s Fitness and other industry publications.
He has a raft of qualifications in Fitness Instruction and
Personal Training, Gym Management, Nutrition, Sports therapy,
Massage and First Aid, whilst regularly continuing to learn
new skills and techniques through numerous CPD programmes.
Jason is now the Director of GIM-uk Ltd. where
he specialises in movement dysfunction, joint and back pain,
injury rehabilitation and performance conditioning.
Jason’s approach integrates nutrition
and organ health with joint alignment and muscle weakness.

CELINA
HARDING |
Celina has
been working in the fitness industry for over 9 years
and has a great passion for her work and sport. She
is a Master Functional Trainer that has worked with
clients to achieve a variety of goals ranging from Pilates,
postural correction, weight management and sports conditioning.
As a practitioner in NLP (Neuro-linguistic
programming) and NPI, Celina believes that by training
our minds as well as our bodies, we are more likely
to 'break the cycle' and over-come limiting beliefs
to achieve our health, fitness and lifestyle goals. |

Having competed as a road cyclist, Celina understands
the psychological and physical pressures of competitive sports
and will guide you every step of the way to help you achieve
the mental and physical balance needed to gain the highest
levels of fitness, self belief and motivation.

DAVID
WARDEN |
From a young
age David developed his passion for health and fitness
after playing a variety of sports and competing on a
national stage in swimming and running. He decided that
the natural career path to pursue was in the field of
sports and exercise. With this focus, David attended
and graduated from Swansea University with a BSc (Hons)
in Sport Science. |

During his time at university he gained key
interests in Physiology, nutrition and the biomechanics of
human movement. David continued to pursue this interest by
completing a Premier Personal Training Diploma in 2006.
These experiences have allowed David to develop
a unique skill set which allow him to combine proven scientific
principles with the newest training techniques to attain maximum
results for a variety of fitness related goals.
David has a true belief that a personal trainer
should be the source of inspiration to clients making lifestyle
changes. Whether you wish to tone up, lose weight, or get
fitter and stronger David will guide, motivate and re-educate
you every step of the way making each and every session as
varied and enjoyable as possible.

LESLEY
GOODCHILD |
Lesley has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and has a genuine
interest in helping her clients to 'turn their lives around'.
As well as being
a personal trainer Lesley has her own experience of substantial
weight loss and therefore decided to specialise in weight
loss and weight management.
Lesley completely understands the many reasons for weight
gain, the difficulty of getting started on the road to
weight loss and the pitfalls along the way to achieving
your goals. Lesley will help you to achieve your goals
without any fad diets, meal replacements or diet pills.
She will help you to simply change your attitude towards
food and fitness forever. |

Using her experience together with a mixture of strength and
fitness training, Lesley will make your weight loss and fitness

DAVID
COX |
David started playing sports from a young
age, competing in various events in athletics for his county
and later playing rugby for his University.
He studied Sports Science
and Human biology at St Mary's University in Twickenham
where he learnt subjects such as physiology, biomechanics
and training programme design to train athletes from any
sport of any level.
David has now adapted this knowledge to condition people
of all abilities. |

David is currently studying sports massage and
is looking to continue his education by taking a masters in
Sports Rehabilitation. He believes that training should improve
you not only physically but mentally as well.
Alastair is
a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Sport's Injury
Specialist who has over 13 years experience in the fitness
industry. Alastair is an accomplished skier, working
in resorts around Europe, including France, Italy, Andorra
and Switzerland. He is also a keen Outdoor Runner, Squash
player and qualified Abseil Rope Technician from his
previous life.
Alastair specialises in Postural Correction,
Back Pain Management, Core Conditioning and Sport's
Specific Programme Design.

JACKIE
NIELD |
Jackie has
a passion for health and fitness having worked in the
industry for the past 10 years. Jackie also has a keen
interest in a variety of sports, competing in swimming,
running, skiing and triathlons.
Jackie is an experienced Personal trainer with expertise
in Pre and Post Natal, Core Conditioning, Weight Management
and Sport's Specific programme design.

Having
had 5 children, ranging from 10 months to 19 years,
Jackie specialises in working exercise into people's
hectic schedules, proving that there is always time
for personal fitness no matter how busy you are. |
